Mayne Island Improvement District AGM: Sat Apr 23

2016 Notice of Annual General Meeting. The Improvement District will hold its Annual General Meeting Saturday, April 23rd at 1 pm in the meeting room at the Fire Hall, 520 Felix Jack Rd.

At the AGM, three Trustees must be elected; Two must be elected to serve a three year term, one must be elected to serve a two year term. To nominate someone to serve on the Board, the form below must be filled out by the nominator and the candidate. The form may be delivered to the Fire Hall office. Nomination forms are also available at the Fire Hall office.
