Mayne Island Little Theatre Presents: May 21, 22, 23

Exposed — On Line Dating: A play written by Mayne Islander Judie Hancock, starring our own ingenue Karen Noyes and directed by the incomparable Brian Crumblehulme.

Entertaining, funny, dramatic and filled with emotional rides into the unknown, Exposed explores the motives, actions and consequences of some of the relationships we all aspire to in one way or another. Where do our dreams and desires take us, and what are the sometimes unexpected consequences? Exposed is a cleverly crafted play about one woman's adventures into the virtual world of dating.

Soul bearing and very daring, Exposed is a safe journey for everyone: a sharing of ideas and experiences in a supportive comfortable setting. Act 1 poses the question and brings us laughing, excited and terrified into the unknown. The click of the “Enter” button is the opening door into everything you never imagined. The actor is all of us learning to walk for the first time, applying for a job, traveling alone in a new city, or...?

Act 2 are the consequences. Here the actor takes on a new and very different role, wiser, reflective and stronger with a whole new and powerful sense of self. Exposed is an education and an optimistic philosophy for life. Not to be missed and lots to talk about.

A must see - don't miss out.

Playing for 3 nights May 21, 22 & 23 2015 at the Ag Hall. Doors open at 7 pm. Curtain at 7:30.
