Christmas Lights Parade Photos
For all who saw the parade or glimpsed it, all the lit up vehicles were very impressive. A fantastic new event for Mayne Island. Congratulations to all who volunteered to make this happen.
Solstice Yoga Fundraiser - Wed Dec 21
December 21st 5:30 pm-7:30 pm
Meet at Community Gardens to walk the Labyrinth followed by gentle Yoga and Meditation in the Community Centre.
This event is a fundraiser for the Yoga programs at the Community Centre (suggested donation $15.00)
There will be several raffles of Gift Certificates for Farm Gate, Massage, Reflexology and Jewellery
Tickets $10:00 each or 3 for $25.00
Refreshments will be served.
Please bring a blanket and your own mat if you have one.

First Annual Christmas Light Parade - Sun Dec 18

Dress up your truck, car, tractor, motorcycle or sleigh with bright colorful lights & decorations! All motorized vehicles are welcome to join the parade, which starts at 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 18th.
We’ll be assembling at the yard at 513 Fernhill Road at 5:00 pm. The parade will circle the island (route maps will be provided) and end at Maynestreet Mall with refreshments and treats for the kids and adults.
Please bring a donation of non-perishable food for the local food bank.

Songs to drive the Cold Winter Away! Music from several traditions and eight centuries including poetry, stories, and audience participation carolling. Come join us to welcome in the Yuletide Season with an evening of song and good cheer!
Tickets $15 - available at Happy Tides, Miners Bay Books and at the door. Includes free drinks and goodies at intermission.
